How you can Participate


Terms of Payment:
  • The participant will be invoiced via fax 10 days prior to the contract period
  • Payment is due within 30 from date of invoice
  • A signed contract must be received three days prior to the start of participation

    Restrictions:

    The OVLA reserves the right to refuse any participation request or to cancel the participation when the participant does not fulfill the obligations set forth in the contract. The OVLA does not accept participation requests from businesses or organizations selling products or services related to tobacco, firearms, or pornography. The OVLA reserves the right to make editorial changes to any banner ad.

    Acceptance Policy:

    Participation and/or acceptance of banner ads are published entirely on the consideration that the business/participant or advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold The OVLA and Saratoga Hosting harmless from and against any claims or suits based upon any aspect or subject matter of the participation or advertisement. The OVLA reserves the right to reject participation and advertisements considered unacceptable as to wording, appearance, or for any other reason.

    Placement Policy:

    All banner ads will be placed in the banner position, defined to be located near the top of an HTML document and visible when the document is first displayed. In the event there is more than one request for a particular placement, the earliest request with payment will be awarded the position; additional requests for the same position will be offer a position immediately underneath or at a different location within uautolease.com. No banner ads will be accepted for the following pages: The OVLA Home, About The OVLA, Code of Ethics, Complaints, and any of the following Services pages: Service Contract, Telecommunications, and Workers' Compensation.
